Surgery fixes the underlying problem, but it doesn’t automatically bring back your strength, movement, or confidence in your body. That part takes guided, hands-on rehabilitation. At Townline Physiotherapy Clinic, we provide personalized post-surgical rehabilitation around Abbotsford to help you heal properly and avoid the setbacks that come from rushing recovery or not moving enough.
Our physiotherapists understand what your body goes through after an operation, whether it’s a knee replacement, a rotator cuff repair, or spinal surgery. We review your surgery details, any restrictions from your surgeon, and your current movement and strength before building your plan. This tells us exactly where you’re starting from and what a realistic recovery timeline looks like.We provide post-surgical physiotherapy for a wide range of procedures, including:
Don’t panic if your surgery isn’t listed here. We treat a wide range of post-surgical cases and will always tell you honestly how we can help.
Our staff understands how different surgeries affect the muscles, joints, and nervous system during recovery. We review your surgical history and surgeon notes so your plan actually fits your situation, not a generic recovery template.
Our goal is to help you regain strength, movement, and independence without rushing your healing or holding it back. We progress your program based on how your body responds at each visit.
