Dr. Inderpreet Samra earned her Bachelors of Science in Health Informatics from the University of Victoria. She worked as a Business Analyst at Fraser Health Authority and gradually realized her passion for hands-on healthcare. She developed an interest in Chiropractic by witnessing her immediate family members heal from chronic conditions such as disc-related and motor vehicle injuries through chiropractic care. Dr. Samra’s motivation to help members in her community led her to Portland, Oregon to pursue a Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Western States. Dr. Samra helps guide patients on their journey to health and wellness through evidence-informed chiropractic care. She treats a spectrum of conditions with a focus on neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. She is certified to treat patients of all ages ranging from young children to pregnant women, athletes and the geriatric population. Dr. Samra utilizes a variety of tools and techniques, including but not limited to manual and instrument assisted adjusting methods, manual and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, electrical modalities including class IV laser & shockwave therapy, and patient education. She creates personalized treatment plans for each patient to cater to their specific goals, whether it is returning to their favourite sport after an ankle injury, reducing the frequency of headaches or being able to go for a pain-free evening walk. Though having graduated, Dr. Samra continues to stay updated on current research in healthcare through continuing education and certifications. Outside of the office, Dr. Samra enjoys exploring mountain-top views through hiking in the summer, travelling to new cities and countries, creating art through painting or spending a cozy day at home finishing up her new favourite wellness book!
